Nordkust is a microdistillery in Älvsjö, Stockholm, and we who run it enjoy experimenting with different combinations of flavors. When we started, little over a year ago, our vision was to make delicious and refreshing gins for all occasions.
It should be easy to enjoy a good drink!
Sunburst Sap - Dry Gin
Is a non filtered Dry Gin that is made up of 12 different botanicals with the main flavor elements vapor infused.
The Gin is inspired by the Nordic flora and contains botanicals one can pick in the Swedish nature, mixed with more traditional Gin flavors in order to give it the unique and delightful notes of Sunburst Sap.

Floral Tides - Navy Strength
A strong and rich blend, with added umami and salty tastes from soaking sugar seaweed in the mix three days before diluting it, giving it a slightly green color. The salty notes mix well in sour drinks or strong nightcaps. Main botanicals: coriander seeds, juniper, seaweed and heather.

Midsummer Meadow - Pink Gin
This bottle features seven different flowers to be found around midsummer in Sweden. Flowers meant to inspire dreams about true love. Main botanicals: juniper, elderflower, strawberries and citrus.
The floral notes makes it perfect in a refreshing GT wit lots of ice and a slice of lemon zest.

You can find our Gins at a handfull of bars and pubs in the Stockholm area, and also as small batch at the following Systembolag.

To Gin or not to Gin
When we took the decision to start making Gin there really was no turning back.
Nordkust Destilleri was founded during the fall 2022 and we have been experimenting with the flavors, still temperatures and mechanically modifying the stills ever since.
Early on it was clear that we wanted a rich flavor profile for the Gin, to the point where it can be enjoyed both as sipping gin or as ingrediens in drinks and cocktails.
We personally prefer to mix it with a sweet tonic with some ice and a slice of orange.
